Orthosmilecraft is easily accessible. At Pongumoodu Junction which is on NH 66 (Trivandrum-Kollam  National Highway) midway between Sreekaryam & Ulloor -  turn to Bapuji Nagar and proceed straight onwards for 300 metres and look for Mary Nilayam Senior Secondary School to your right. You will find the Orthosmilecraft Sign board right opposite. See picture below.
